In La Rochelle, the French Navy officially launched its first squad of reservist sailors from Charente-Maritime last Friday, with the delivery of our SRR 650.
Tasked with a range of missions — from environmental protection to coastal surveillance — these coastal reserve fleets naturally integrate into the coast guard role, complementing and strengthening the existing resources deployed by the various maritime enforcement agencies.
