By 2021, our portfolio was further enriched through strategic acquisitions of Yachtwerft Meyer, a premier German luxury tender shipyard, and Vectis Marine Design, a foremost British marine consultancy. These acquisitions have significantly strengthened our presence in the European market.

In 2022, we introduced ORIA Marine, our state-of-the-art data-monitoring service that not only advances our technological capabilities but also supports our commitment to decarbonization in maritime operations. This initiative marks a pivotal movement towards a new digital era in maritime services. Complementing this advancement, our R&D team is actively working to enhance the efficiency of our boats and to conduct research into electric solutions for specific applications.
